Wonderful resource, Barbara. We hear so many heart breaking young adults' stories in the lobby on Heidi's weekly chemo trips to SCCA. The saddest is when I hear young women say their significant other "couldn't handle it" and left her to battle on alone.
I have been given a wonderful opportunity to work from home for www.teledirect.com, the company that I work for and saved my life (really). I can work from home, referring people to our call center services and get a bonus for them. I will contribute 10% of all my bonuses to the American Cancer Society. Want to know more? You can email me at www.cncrfree@live.com!
I am a recent colon cancer survivor. I have returned to my job at TeleDirect, whose employees and also the company itself paid to keep me on my insurance and help my family until I could return to work. Now I am doing what I love, telling all who will listen what a great company I work for!
